The Jr. Developer Program at The Real Estate Ambassadors Institute is a launchpad for youth who dare to dream bigger—for themselves, their families, and their communities. This is where future brokers, developers, architects, designers, and entrepreneurs begin their journey.

Our program offers hands-on training in real estate development, urban planning, and design with a clear goal: to open doors to powerful, life-changing careers. But we don’t stop there—we weave in financial literacy, leadership skills, and mentorship to prepare our students for more than jobs. We prepare them for ownership, for legacy, and for impact.

Whether it’s walking a construction site, pitching a development concept, or learning how money moves in real estate, our students gain real-world exposure to industries they’ve often been left out of. And we make sure cost is never a barrier—offering scholarships and support so every young person has the chance to rise.

Our mission is to empower communities by fostering financial literacy and instilling real estate wealth-building knowledge in young people early. We are dedicated to driving transformative change, guiding individuals towards a society that values and promotes debt-free living.

THE PROBLEM WE FACE

Less than 3% of real estate developers in the U.S. are Black or from other underrepresented communities, even though real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building generational wealth.

At the same time, over 100 million families face financial hardship due to a lack of financial and investment literacy—leading to major disparities in retirement and wealth transfer.

Many young people, especially in underserved communities, grow up without access to financial education, industry exposure, or mentors in real estate, development, or design. They aren’t taught how to own, build, or lead.

The Jr. Developer Programwas created to change that—giving youth the tools to **own, design, and lead**, while empowering families and communities to build a future rooted in equity, opportunity, and lasting wealth.

At the Real Estate Ambassadors Institute, we believe that early exposure to real estate, financial literacy, and leadership can change the trajectory of a young person’s life. That’s why we created the Jr. Real Estate Ambassadors Summer Program—a transformative experience for high school students ages 14–19 to explore real estate, development, design, and entrepreneurship.

Through our unique 2-for-1 Impact Model, every adult who enrolls in a Real Estate Ambassadors licensing course helps sponsor a student for this life-changing summer program. It's more than learning—it’s legacy-building. Our students gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the tools to lead with purpose in their own communities.

Rooted in the belief that “a good person leaves an inheritance to their children’s children” (Proverbs 13:22), our mission is to close the wealth gap and create lasting impact—starting with the next generation.
