Passing the exam and receiving your real estate license is exciting. But it's also when many new professionals realize there are practical questions the licensing exam never answered.

Your license gives you permission to practice. It doesn't automatically teach you how to find clients, build a database, market yourself, conduct consultations, prepare for listings, follow up, or organize your business.

The License-to-Business Weekend is a two-day group training designed to help newly licensed professionals bridge the gap between having a license and knowing how to operate with it.

Participants will work through practical areas such as personal branding, marketing, lead generation, client development, database building, follow-up, buyer consultations, listing preparation, professional communication, transaction organization, goal setting, business planning, and creating systems that can support consistent business activity.
