Step 3: Enroll in Part II 45hr Post Licensing
Our premier Oklahoma post-license course helps build a successful real estate career, covering OREC contracts, sales strategies, and investing. All Provisional Sales Associates need 45 hours of post-licensing education within a year. Offered by the Real Estate Ambassador Institute for $199.

Continuing Education & Exam Prep Courses:
For all real estate licensees, here's the breakdown of your continuing education requirements. You're expected to complete 21 hours of continuing education every three years. If you're a real estate sales associate or broker associate, within those 21 hours, you must dedicate at least one hour to six required topics. This keeps you well-rounded in the ins and outs of real estate. Required Topics: Broker Relationship Act BRA, Code and Rules CAR, Contracts and Forms CON, Fair Housing FHR, Hot Topic HOT, and Professional Conduct PSC.
Real estate broker licensees must complete 21 hours of continuing education, including a mandatory 15-hour 'Broker in Charge' course and a minimum of six hours from two required topics. This training ensures brokers stay updated with industry knowledge and best practices, keeping them at the forefront of their profession.
If you are a provisional sales associate, you will need to take the Basic II Post-License course.
